Minton and Generator are consulting the community on proposals to build in the region of 110 houses on land at 722 Kenilworth Road and land adjacent to Harper Fields Care Home. Minton have previously secured planning permission for Harper Fields Care Home and Albany Meadows.
The proposals will provide a number of community benefits including the provision of green public open space, footpath linkages to the nearby Public Rights of Way, as well as the delivery of a mix of properties including bungalows, starter homes and family homes to cater for a variety of local needs, including 40% affordable housing.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to conduct face-to-face public consultation. However, information regarding our proposals can be viewed under the ‘PUBLIC CONSULTATION‘ tab, where you can also submit your feedback on our proposals.
The virtual public consultation will run from 3rd December 2020 until 17th December 2020, and feedback can be provided until 11.59pm on Thursday 17th December 2020.
The aim of the public consultation is to gather feedback which, where possible, will be fed into the plans before a planning application is submitted to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council in the coming months.
